Drexwell Seymour
- Chairperson
Drexwell Seymour has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1992 and is currently the managing partner of HLB TCI Ltd, an accounting firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and a MBA in Finance. Drexwell and his wife Joanna own See More TCI Villas & Properties, a property management company, along with J & D Office Supplies and See More Home Goods.
Drexwell is the distinguished author of two publications: “Rise Up and Take Your Position” and “Succeeding In Your Position.“He also writes weekly articles in the Turks and Caicos Weekly News and Turks and Caicos Sun which can also be found on his website www.drexwellseymour.com.
Drexwell is also the host of a weekly radio show on RTC, (the national radio station) called Financially Speaking. He also has a Youtube Channel featuring inspirational videos.
Drexwell is a Board member of TCI Finance Ltd. He was also appointed as a member of the Credit Union Implementation Committee.
With his wealth of experience and academic qualifications, Drexwell has taken on the role of Chairman of Turks and Caicos United Investment Ltd hoping to transform the investment portfolio in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Mr. Seymour is the father to five children and is an Elder at Community Fellowship Center Assemblies of God.


Jena Janse
- Deputy Chairperson
Jena Janse serves her family as a wife, mother, and entrepreneur who thrives in the world of real estate and investing. Born in the Bahamas and raised in the stunning Turks & Caicos Islands, she carries the warmth, resilience, and passion that define island living.
With a deep-rooted love for helping others achieve their dreams, Jena has built a thriving career as a real estate agent, guiding families and investors toward smart property decisions.
Whether she’s closing deals, exploring new investment opportunities, or nurturing her family, she balances it all with grace and determination.
Committed to excellence and driven by faith, family, and financial freedom, Jena is proof that with passion and perseverance, success is limitless.
Kendi Jones
- Secretary
Kendi Jones is a dedicated Human Resources professional with a deep passion for hospitality and people development. With nearly a decade of experience in luxury resort management, Kendi has played a pivotal role in shaping workplace cultures that drive employee engagement, service excellence, and growth. Committed to fostering talent and enhancing organizational success, she believes that investing in people is the key to strengthening both the hospitality industry and the broader economy.
Her journey in hospitality began with a strong academic foundation. Kendi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Lodging Management, graduating magna cum laude from Johnson & Wales University, North Carolina in 2015. Prior to that, she obtained an Associate in Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts from the College of the Bahamas, achieving Dean’s List honors in July 2013. This well-rounded education laid the groundwork for a career dedicated to elevating service standards and cultivating the next generation of industry professionals.
Professionally, Kendi joined Grace Bay Resorts in 2015 following two successful internships. Initially hired in the Accounts department, she soon realized her true calling was in Human Resources, leading to a transition in January 2016. Over the years, her dedication and leadership earned her four promotions, culminating in the role of Human Resources Manager. In December 2022, she embraced a new challenge as Director of Human Resources at South Bank, before assuming her current leadership role at West Bay Club in July 2023.
A member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2022, Kendi remains committed to enhancing professional development, nurturing local talent, and supporting initiatives that contribute to the continued growth of the hospitality sector and the country as a whole. She is passionate about helping the Turks and Caicos Islands thrive by developing a skilled and empowered workforce that strengthens the nation’s global reputation as a premier luxury destination.


Tekarrah Gardiner
- Treasurer
Tekarrah Gardiner is a wife, devoted mother, and accomplished entrepreneur whose life is guided by faith, family, and service. As the Vice President of the North & Middle Caicos Chamber of Commerce and the PTA President at Adelaide Olmer Primary School, she is a passionate advocate for business development, education, and community empowerment.
With over 15 years of experience in the legal field, Tekarrah has skillfully navigated the complexities of law and business, using her expertise to build and manage successful enterprises. Her commitment to innovation and economic growth has led her to expand into diverse industries, including real estate, hospitality, and strategic business management.
Ranekia Lightbourne
- liaison and Relationship Director
Ranekia Lightbourne Daley is a devoted wife, mother, and a woman whose life and leadership are firmly rooted in her personal relationship with God. With a background in nursing and a B.A. in Psychology, she has always been dedicated to serving others with compassion and purpose.
As Director of Operations at Island House Luxury Villa Management, she leads with excellence, driving innovation and operational success in the hospitality industry while uplifting those around her.
As Members Liaison & Relationship Director at TCUI Ltd., Ranekia will play a vital role in strengthening member connections, advocating for their interests, and fostering a dynamic investment community. Her ability to cultivate meaningful relationships and empower others is a reflection of both her leadership and her heart for service.
